Olivia Uzan

With her endearing French accent, Olivia Uzan is a mediator unlike any other. She is admitted to both the Paris and California bars, with more than 20 years in employment and labor law as well as Family Law disputes such as divorce, child support and custody issues.

Olivia actually hears what each side is actually saying beneath the words. Mediation, in the end, is translation: not only between languages, but between positions. She stays firmly neutral without ever going passive. Olivia cut her teeth in courtrooms where nothing was conceded lightly and was passionate in the courtroom. She now brings that same passion to helping separate parties reach an agreement they can both live with.

Olivia trained at the Université La Sorbonne in Paris and was trained at Harvard Law School to be a mediator.
